Thank you for choosing Hacienda! We do accept reservations and priority seating for inside dining. Business varies greatly due to many factors so please see our guidelines below. If your reservation doesn’t fall within these guides, please give us a call as we always do our best to accommodate when possible! Please note, we are always adapting our seating policy in accordance with the latest health and safety guidelines. Your party may be split into multiple tables as needed, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Reservation Guidelines

Please be on time, if you are running late or need to change your reservation time please call and let us know so we can best assist you. Tables are released for seating 10 minutes after the reservation time. The sooner you let us know if your plans have changed, the better we can accommodate your party once you’ve arrived.

Please check in with the Host as you arrive, your party will be seated once complete.

Reservations are for inside dining, outside tables are seated as they are available. If you prefer to sit outside, we’ll be happy to seat you at the next available table.

If you would like to split your check, it is very helpful if you let your server know right away for speed of service when you’re ready to close out.

Large parties are welcome! Groups of 25 or more might be considered a private event. Our event coordinator will make booking a breeze!

Seating times:
Reservations – available until 5:30pm. After this time, we accept parties for Priority Seating.

Priority Seating – all seating times 5:30pm and later. We are typically full by this time, Priority Seating guests will be seated at the next available table. Tables are not held open, parties are seated first from the Priority Seating list, then by the waitlist.
