RESERVATIONS & PRIORITY SEATING

Thank you for choosing Hacienda! We’re excited to welcome you. Please review our reservation guidelines below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Our reservations function as PRIORITY SEATING. This means we do not hold tables open once we are full. Priority seating guests will be at the top of the wait list for the next available table once they have checked in. For a dinner reservation, “first seating” time which varies by day but is usually 5:30pm or earlier, we will have your table ready at the reserved time. Any time after that is our “second seating” which means our tables are full and your party will now be at the top of the wait list for the next available table.

Reservations / priority seating are for inside dining. For patio dining, tables are seated based upon availability upon arrival. If you prefer patio dining please let us know and we will note that in your reservation. Upon arrival we will let you know the current wait times if there are any, then you let us know if you want to be seated inside or out.

Please be on time, if you are running late or need to change your reservation time please call and let us know so we can best assist you. Tables are released for seating 10 minutes after the reservation time. The sooner you let us know if your plans have changed, the better we can accommodate your party once you’ve arrived.

Please check in with the HOST upon arrival. We do ask parties be complete before being seated, this helps the flow of the evening and keeps wait times down for everyone.

If you would like to split your check, it is very helpful if you let your server know right away for speed of service when you’re ready to close out.

For your convenience please use the link below to make your reservation. For larger parties of 7 or more please call the restaurant at 314.962.7100 to book directly with a manager. Business varies greatly due to many factors, if your reservation doesn’t fall within these guidelines, please give us a call as we always do our best to accommodate!

Large parties are welcome! Groups of 25 or more might be considered a private event. Our event coordinator Lucy will make booking a breeze! Please email her at catering@haciendastl.com
